瞬曜电子宣布胡晨辉先生出任公司首席运营官

         2021年12月2日，瞬曜电子科技（上海）有限公司（以下简称瞬曜EDA）宣布胡晨辉（Vincent Hu）于2021年11月15日加盟瞬曜，并出任公司首席运营官一职。他将全面负责公司的国内业务拓展、全球化市场品牌建设、财务和投融资管理等运营相关所有事宜。胡先生的加盟，将为公司建立高效的团队协作机制和清晰的品牌战略及有效执行，起到独一无二的作用。

         胡晨辉拥有15年的信息科学技术领域从业经验，对于行业科技赋能有着深刻的洞察力。同时，胡先生具备卓越的数据洞察力和市场拓展经验，对于公司的产品市场定位、商业市场的开拓、投融资关系管理、合作伙伴的生态建设有着自己独到的见解。

    在加入瞬曜EDA之前，胡晨辉曾任职于Synopsys，IBM，Symantec等行业领军公司。随后胡先生开启4年云计算、AI大数据领域的独立创业，并被港股上市公司间接并购。期间胡先生带领创业公司取得了多项国家软件著作和相关发明专利，并荣获国家高新技术企业，其本人也公开发表相关领域国际论文数篇。

         同时胡先生还积极投身教育事业，担任了广东外贸外语大学、广州大学等高校的大学生创业导师。并成为中国人工智能学会、中国高新科技产业研究会理事。在2016年和2017年，先后获得知名机构所颁发的中国（行业）科技领军人物，中国科技行业十大杰出人物。

Shunyao CAD Announces Mr. Hu Chenhui as the Company's Chief Operating Officer

Shanghai, China, Dec 2, 2021 - Shunyao CAD announced today that Chenhui Hu (Vincent Hu), who joined Shunyao on November 15, 2021, will serve as the company's chief operating officer. He will be fully responsible for the company's domestic business development, brand building in the global market, investment and financing management, and other operations-related matters. The expertise of Mr. Hu will play a unique role in establishing an efficient teamwork mechanism and strengthening the company's operations, in line with our strategy to innovate EDA technologies.

Vincent Hu has 15 years of experience in the field of information science and has deep insights into industry technology empowerment. Prior to joining Shunyao CAD, Vincent worked for Synopsys, IBM, Symantec, and other leading companies in the industry. Subsequently, he started his venture in the field of cloud computing and AI big data for 4 years, and was acquired by a Hong Kong listed company. During this period, Mr. Hu led the startup company to obtain a number of national software works and related invention patents and was awarded a national high-tech enterprise. He himself also published several internationally-acclaimed papers in related fields.
